Question: When i first successfully logon and open an application i get an "ICA Client File Security" dialog box. What settings do i use?

Answer: From the 'Access Level' options, select 'Full Access'. From the 'Do you want to be asked again?' options, select 'Never ask me again for this site'.

Question: How do i install the ICA Client?

Answer: If you dont already have the ICA client installed you will be prompted to download the client from the Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Secure Web Interface. Click the download link: "MetaFrame Presentation Server Client for <operating system>". Download the file and run it on your computer. Follow the on screen instructions.

Question: Why is my document printing all garbled?

Answer: A bug has been found when using ICA Client 9.x for Windows. When trying to print a PDF with certain fonts the document prints out with garbled text. In order to resolve this issue, please install ICA client 10 or later

Question: Ater logging on why do i get an "ICA FIle Not Found" error when trying to launch an application?

Answer: This error is caused by your web browser preventing the download of encrypted pages to your local disk. To resolve this issue open Internet Explorer and select: Tools - Internet Options. Then select the 'Advanced' tab and scroll down to the 'Security' section. From here uncheck 'Do save encrypted pages to disk'.
