Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Micro Business Support
Our prospective Micro Business customers told us that they wanted the facilities provided in this package to be as low cost as possible. So we have left the cost of the user helpdesk out of the monthly cost of this package. This means that Micro Business customers can access the user helpdesk on a pay-as-you-go basis. The cost of calling the helpdesk is £1.80 per minute with a minimum charge of £5.40.
Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Small business Support
The monthly cost per user for Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Small Business includes the cost of our user helpdesk.
Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Enterprise Support
Access to the user helpdesk is included in the monthly cost of Extrinsica Office Anywhere™ Enterprise. However, due to the level of flexibility in the Enterprise package, you have the option to decide that users who only require access to the e-mail system (non-full system users) do not need the user helpdesk.
